THE CHALLENGE

Covetish made it’s debut into the online market place in 2010 as the sister to fashion sales directory MissyConfidential. At a time when the focus of Australian online spending was overseas, the challenge for Covetish was to buck the online-offshore trend by offering high quality products that are on trend to Australian fashion seasons as well as easy shipping and returns.

As a newly established brand looking to make an impression with the “plugged in” users, Covetish needed to build and execute a unique online platform that enabled a personalised shopping experience and encouraged subscribers. 

With an existing CMS and established branding already in play, we were engaged to take Covetish to the next level by increasing subscriber signups and to incorporate the newly established Covetish Kids into the platform.

THE RESPONSE

We worked closely with the Covetish team to carefully craft landing pages, pop ups, banner ads and EDMs elevating their online marketing strategy. We created a simple step by step process to move the customer through the sign up process. This helped us guide and assist the consumer as well as provided a better overview of the Covetish offering and value proposition. Ultimately contributing to the incredible growth of visitors to the website (in the millions!) and subscribers to the newsletter.
