Master jeweller, and artisan Matthew Ely is world-renowned for bringing stories to life as truly spectacular jewellery. Since 2019, we’ve been engaged to visually tell the story of Matthew’s wearable works of art through his luxury leather bound packaging, tactical seasonal campaigns, client communications, marketing initiatives, events and much more.
In 2022 we were challenged to re platform Matthew Ely’s digital presence. We created a virtual jewellery wonderland designed to showcase Matthew’s beautiful jewels, educate users about the beauty and provenance of their gemstones, as well as detailing the design and manufacturing process behind Matthew’s extraordinary creations. The site encourages users to book an appointment online to visit Matthew for a personal consultation, or to submit an enquiry about a piece they’ve seen online. A strong emphasis was placed on organic SEO, best practice performance, usability and user experience UX/UI to enhance leads generation and conversion, as well as CRM integrations for a consistent customer journey. Metrics since launch have trended upwards with a significant improvement in results across the board. The website has become a pivotal piece in the Matthew Ely brand story and we’re looking forward to making future enhancements to ensure its ongoing growth.
